Who am I and why am I blogging?

As far as just being my neighbor banker, fitness and health has become one of the most important things in my life. I want to blog and share everything with everyone because helping people is also something I love doing.

The weight on the scale shouldn’t determine the way you feel. That’s what I want to try to teach people.

I went years just doing pure cardio, never lifting weights and focusing on eating so little, so I was able to burn everything off and get the scale at the lowest weight possible. NOT ANYMORE!!! I’m in the best shape of my life, and I don’t starve or deprive myself. Lifting weights has helped me tone my body, while loosing fat at the same time.

There’s so much more to life then worrying about the number on a scale. Eating healthy and working out are two very important things when it comes to maintaining a healthy life. I’m here to help women and men understand that everyone’s body’s different, which means everyone’s “diet plan” is different. Depending on the lifestyle you live, your body type, and your level of fitness. Everyone’s journey is different, but all journeys are inspiring. If everyone in this world helped each other and shared their journeys, that’s including the struggles, we would all be able to grow and learn from one another! And that’s the point of my blog 🥰

I am a 17 year old student at Gaynor McCown ELS in Staten Island, New York. My purpose of this blog is to inform individuals on the power that social media has on our teenagers. Through this document you will not only begin to understand more about what lowers self-esteem and increases self harm and suicide due to the bullying done online. You will also find a poll that was conducted that shows how far teenagers take these norms set to make them happen.
